Uncharted territory

Up until a couple months ago I had never used an airbrush. That was scary territory but a friend helped me get past some of the basics. A few weathered cars later I decided to try and tackle a locomotive. I know, I probably took way too big of a step at once. But you never know until you try it. I am not done yet, but I did get the hardest part done, taping and painting. While is far from perfect, we am happy the way it turned out all considering. This is a step in the learning process. I still need to work on the walkway and handrails but here is the long hood before decals.
